I liked that hotel was far enough from the main commercial area to be less congested and less noisy. I liked that it was a short walk to main commercial area. I can see that once renovated, this hotel will be very nice.
The ongoing renovations are a distraction from the beauty of the hotel We had one of the small, one bed, no view standard rooms that had not been renovated. Others in our group had larger, two bed with view standard rooms. Their rooms were much nicer for same price. This didn't seem fair.

The best location, but the others are so so.
I am looking forward to staying a 5-star hotel, what Booked.net tells us and what we pay for. But it's not same as my expectation, where only deserves a Hoiday Express.

The hotel is very well located in a calm part of White Beach but at walking distance from DMall. Very convenient for relaxing during the day in one of the plurality of cabanas facing to the beach. After 4pm it offers a very good and pleasant happy hour. The staff is extremely friendly, smiling and educated. Special remarks for the Superior Rooms which provide a heavenly view of the beach and a balcony with access to the swimming pool. 100% recommended!
Nothing to say regarding the hotel. My unique complain relates to the Korean and Chinese guests that, as expected, are extremely impolite.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the beautiful white beach at Station 1. It's just a short walk to nearby bars and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and the perfect start to my day.
All was good.

The sunset from the bed Availability of cabana Breakfast choice Friendly staff
No Wi-fi in the rooms, although prior information on the hotel said the whole hotel is Wi-fi connected. Using wifi in your lobby, in non aircon, is nor equal to having wifi in the room and working in privacy.

This place is located on the silent quiet location of Station 1 and offers breathtaking beach views. The staff here are very nice and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The room amenities are top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast and dinner options are both delicious, and I especially enjoyed the ihaw station with its tasty liempo and chicken choices. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the beach access is just steps away. I had a fantastic stay here.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff could smile a little more, but their helpfulness and friendliness made up for it.

The location is great if you like a quiet place close to the beach, you cannot get much better, the view is absolute fantastic. The staff is very friendly and deserved a 9/10.
I have no idea where this hotel gets its 5 stars from. We had the standard room. Price per night: 6300 pesos low season price. This is in South east Asia already a very high price. Even in Europe and the States you find everywhere for 120,00€ a descent hotel where the labor cost is 15 times higher than in the Philippines, construction cost even not calculated. We were looking for a just normal descent quality room, nothing more. Surprise: a standard room is a +/ 14m2 room with not even a window in the room. Aircon is an small aircobox Samsung from 60 x 50 cm that they put through a hole in the outside wall. The noise can be compared with a helicopter that is going to land. Because there was not enough space the mirror under the aircon box was so low that you have to sit on a chair to look in the mirror. The door of the room is more carton than wood. Internet in the rooms is not working at all. This message you get already at the reception: it will be to slow, no nead to try. In the lobby the internet is also extremely slow. I measure 2 till 10 Kbytes download speed. The building is a very cheap construction, in the aisle you find places where rain has dripped through the ceiling. The dinner and breakfast are very basic, no idea why this should be a 5 star rating. If you show in the website nice pictures from rooms, tell the possible customers also that the normal standard room has no window at all and is 14m2. Even the transfer from and to the boat terminal you need to pay 2200 pesos for 2 persons. A trike cost 200 pesos. The high season price for a 14m2 room without window and helicopter sound aircon is 8.000 pesos. Conclusion: Estacio Uno is a rip off when I compare quality and price. As a long time and continuous traveler allover South East Asia, the price for this room without window should be outmost 1000 to 1500 pesos, breakfast and dinner included.

The Location and the Breakfast. Once we changed rooms our room was really nice to the presidental suite.
Didn't like our first room (305 or 308), was recently painted, a/c stopped working. Guests are not allowed to iron their own clothes and you have to pay for it to be done.

The hotel is perfectly located right in front of a stunning beach! We enjoyed the clear water and the sandy beach with its beautiful surroundings. , the breakfast buffet was impressive with a variety of delicious foods available. It was great to start our day with a tasty and satisfying meal.
The rooms were a bit disappointing, showing some wear and tear. , the pool was much smaller than we expected and wasn't as inviting as we had hoped.

Great location. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Good dinner.
The A.c was not working properly: a lot of noise, water falling inside the bedroom and somethimes to hot in side the room. The rest of the hotel was perfectly fine.
